SHIPPING INFORMATION

Regular U.S.ground shipping is FREE for orders over $75. For orders up to $75, ground shipping is $5.95. Two day shipping is $17.00. Next day service ($30.00) is also available on most items. For Canadian orders, $35 will be added to the above rates. All orders are shipped insured for full value.

RETURNS

We offer hassle-free returns. If for any reason you wish to return an item you have purchased from us, simply email us and we will issue a UPS call tag. When we receive the item, you will be notified and a full refund (less any shipping fees) will be issued. Jewelry must be returned in its original condition. Some of our items will be shipped with identifying tags attached. Please do not remove these tags, as returns without them will not be accepted.

All JW Jewels jewelry is guaranteed against breakage or stone loss for 30 days after purchase. Any repairs will be completed free of charge. Should you need repairs after this period, they will be performed for a nominal fee. Please contact us any time with your questions, comments or concerns.
